the staff answered questions well they seemed very knowledgeable i appreciated the breakfast it had a superb selection. the staff were polite they really stood out to me
there was no hot water it seems the hotel knew about it and still gave me the room i wont be staying here again. i did not enjoy my experience

the hotel offered a very comfortable bed i had one of the best sleeps. the concierge service was quick and helpful. i appreciated the easy late check-out option i secured. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very well maintained.
i noticed a slight noise coming from the highway it was below my room. i was required to present my passport along with my fiancee's passport. the pool depth was somewhat shallow and not deep enough.
